I first had an interview with the recruiter, then proceeded to fill in a form which had questions on teaching, how to discipline students and how to make the class interactive.

The overall experience was good from the interviewing standpoint. They asked the standard questions and asked me to do a demo in a class that was already in session. I received a job offer, along with a co-worker. The next morning, the owner, Martin, changed his mind and said there was a spot open only for one of us! The one who was able to get a Termination Agreement from our current employer, would get the job. This means that one person would get the job, while the other would be on bad terms with the current employer. This was a very underhanded thing to do! I would not recommend working for this company! This was the Changhua City location.
