Three interviews: First was connecting with an employee who would be my pier. We discussed some technical problems I had worked on but mainly focused on work culture, what I was looking for, what Joy was looking for. The second interview was a technical interview with the CTO. It was a phone interview so the problem was more of a thought process question that led to a good dialog about problem solving at scale. The third interview was accompanied by an offer from the CEO. We talked about the business strategy and plans for the company and how my role would fit in
