Jubilant Radiopharma interview questions

Unprofessional HR team who don't have any clue how to run the business starting from the interview process until you are left without any feedback if you have the chance to go to the next step.

Applied for position, had interview with regional director via teams. I was told I had a very good interview by RD. Later was given generic email stating the high level of competition for position and to re-apply to other future positions. A few days later a recruiter for the position called me.... I already had reservations about this company as this field is TINY and dirty laundry gets exposed quickly. This experience was the confirmation about how bad this company runs. Possible even worse than the company I left. The industry as a whole is going down the toilet. I re-joined my old hospital system for a 9-5 M-F position with a healthy raise in salary and relocation assistance.
