Absolutely disgusting. Lasted 10 min. Interviewer wouldn’t even listen to my story. All he said was why did you job hop. Seriously? In this economy. I explained why and what I was looking for and due to covid, contracts, layoffs etc. He was not happy even though I’ve been in my last position for +3 years. His own LinkedIn said he’s been at jobs 2 years or less before landing 1 role for 6 years. Okay… Then when I asked what has changed in the 11 months he has joined. And all he said was “we’ve grown” So I asked why are you looking to move everything in house/ away from agencies? He said: no budgets/ not profitable. Make it make sense??? He never shared anything about the company, the team, culture, etc. Asked only 1 question about my background? Like why even interview me if you were that turned off. I’ve never been so disgusted at the process. Also no HR, no recruiter? RED FLAG. Run far far away
