I applied to the Jun Group and a few days later recieved an email that they wanted to hop on the phone for a phone screening. From the second I picked up the phone, the lady I was speaking with was very unpleasant. She asked me to go over my background and then said that my background and interest don't align with the role... like why waste my time and your time if she already saw my resume doesn't align with the role? She asked a ridiclous amount of pointless questions that I was unprepared for and have never been asked before. A few of the questions she asked, I would answer and she would reask the question. Clearly she didn't like any of my answers, but why even reask- just move on! The whole conversation was very uncomfortable and I couldn't wait for it to end. I'm not even sure why she called me up for an interview if she saw my resume before the call. One of the worst interviews I've ever had.
It starts with hr and then back to back interview with team. Nice people and process is shared properly. The team interview are back to back..they as similar questions about past experience and organization related questions. 30 min each and focused on behavioral type questions
