Juniper Creates interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter, had an interview with the team head. A good impression with good people. Was asked to do a take home project which was a huge amount of work (research, product ideation and a presentation). Took around 20 hours. Received a small paragraph in response saying “not enough details presented”. Frankly, searching out employed people and asking for huge scoped work and then criticizing over details that weren’t asked for did not leave an overall great impression on me. Seems like a cool company but they need to either be more clear about their expectations, or lower the scope of work. If you’re asking for someone to dedicate 10-20 hours working on a project then you should make time to review and give careful and professional feedback. I would not personally recommend someone interview here with the current system they have in place.
