      Software Engineer 4 Interview

      20 Sept 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Juniper Networks

      Interview

Was contacted by recruiter and they scheduled one technical round Interviewer was arrogant and was trying to show how much he knows rather than interviewing. Questions asked were easy, but I think interviewer got offended when discussing about a problem and when pointed out the flaw in the problem

      Software Engineer 4 Interview

      21 Sept 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Juniper Networks in Aug 2025

      Interview

Went through three technical interview rounds: 1. First round – coding question. 2. Second round – coding + C++ technical question. 3. Third round – another coding question. The interviews themselves were fair and focused on problem-solving and technical skills. Coding questions were of easy to medium level. A fourth round was scheduled, but the interviewer did not show up. HR mentioned they would reschedule, but after that, there was no communication. I was ghosted without any closure. Overall Impression: Technical interviews: Relevant and well-structured. Recruitment process: Poorly managed, with lack of communication and professionalism.

I had 3 technical interviews. All the interviews were scheduled for the same day. Each interview lasted for a duration of 1 hour with 1 interviewer each. All the 3 rounds were technical ones. The HR communicated the timings to me and scheduled based on my availability and were open for rescheduling if needed.
