Department Head reached out for an interview providing time/day slots available. Scheduled interview 4 days in advance via Google Meet allocating 25 minutes for the meeting. Hiring Manager (Lincoln Wood) was 15 minutes late to the interview, unorganized (didn't have resume in hand, didn't review resume prior to the call, was in the middle of another task), briefly made company intro and asked generic questions all in 10 minutes, then he apologized about another meeting, no follow up after. This was the most unprofessional interview process in my career.
