They were quick about setting up an interview, but that's about all that was good about the process. The questions were fairly easy for a tech interview I guess and it went well enough overall, until I asked about the pay... Then the 'director' I think he was, acted insulted and just droned on about 'market rate'. I took that to mean 'as low as we possibly can'. This is one of those places where you need a job and kinda hope.. but in hindsight you end up VERY relieved that no offer was made.
