I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Just Appraised in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview process took few weeks. It consisted of a call with a recuiter, a call with a team lead and 1.5 hours call with two developers. Overall I had a good impression about the hiring process. The next phase is a tech written assignment, which I found quite interesting. However, I received a rejection email after I submitted it, without any opportunity to present or discuss it. I totally understand that there was a reason for rejection (I'm not a good fit, the assignment wasn't good enough, or whatever else reason). I would recommend to include in the recruitment process a 15-30 minutes call to discuss the assignment with a candidate, even if the assignment wasn't good enough. It will be good for both sides.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly junior-middle level questions: what is a pull request, how to do a code review, how to resolve conflicts in team. But mostly about previous experience.

Interview
The interview process was really straightforward. It was three rounds:
1. The recruiter screen
2. Talking with the lead dev
3. Virtual onsite meeting with engineering team
I only made it to round two and it was really just asking about your experience.
