Interview
I applied for the position in Berlin. But I got a call from HR from London which I suppose is common practice for companies. I had a pleasant conversation with HR. And then nothing. I repeatedly asked for feedback and was told we will get back to you and then no response. I think if a candidate is taking out time to apply for application, it is a moral responsibility of the company to atleast give a feedback.
3 rounds of interview, first round is HR screening asking about current situation, salary expectation and basic technical questions.
Second round is Hiring manager, deep dive into previous work experience, technical skills, team collaboration and stakeholder management with linkage to the company values.
Final round is case study presentation with 2 stakeholders/managers in the same department.

Interview
