The process is very tight. First, must send resume or application to HR Dept. Second, they will send a programming test. Third, they will call to come for interview. Forth, they will give again the test, but we will answer without using system. Fifth, they will conduct the interview. lastly they will offer if your test are okay. they really concern about the programming skills.
