JustCo Manager interview questions

HR has set out interview session. Was pretty unprofessional I would say, as a top management in the field and department, role model not set. In the whole session, no eye contact, using phone (pretty much understand that you are very busy) and laughing with your co colleague half way through the session. It would be great that respect is given. It’s a mutual thing. Thank you
