The usual stages. Stage 1: phone chat about my cv Stage 2: A more detailed phone chat with tech questions Stage 3: A working day in the company, with a test to do. Negative experience really came from lack of feedback. The final stage was almost a full day, 10 til 4. Afterword I got no information. So I contacted the following week, no response. I contacted again two weeks later asking for feedback and still no response. Total ghosting after a long interview isn't something companies should do.
