Sent in resume, got an interview, was asked a few questions than pretty much hired on the spot. While it may sound easy and cut-to-the-chase, it was actually an extremely unprofessional interview. The owner kept swearing all throughout, and while I'm not a prude and enjoy a cuss word as much as the next girl, I do expect a modicum of professionalism from a potential employer.
