I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls (Freehold, NJ) in Nov 2018
Interview
I applied online on Sunday night. Was called Monday afternoon to schedule an interview for Tuesday. I was asked to come to the store at 4:45. There I met the manager who after spending a couple minutes directing an employee in the store, took me to a table near the food court. We sat down, she introduced herself, and I introduced myself. There was supposed to be another girl interviewing as well, but never showed up. She asked me 2 whole questions and it took 15 min. I was offered the job on the spot.

Interview
Easy interview. Asked questions about experience and then had me pick out outfit from store. Then I had to explain the outfit and why I chose it. Overall not a hard interview.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls (Spring, TX)
Interview
The interview process was informal and felt more like a normal conversation with the store manager. I was able to have an interview on the same day as my inquiry.
