I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls (Woodbury, MN) in Nov 2013
Interview
I applied online through the ascena site. Super casual interview. Mine was in the back room of my store. Very easy to talk to manager, especially with it being my first interview. There were no trick questions. Just basic things like availability and school schedule. I actually went to the wrong justice store at first and I was a little late but everyone was fine with it.
I received a call to set up an interview. The first interview was a group interview of about 6 of us. It didn’t seem the most organized however the store manager and therefore the interviewer was nice enough.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls
Interview
Super simple and easy. Walked in for interview, went to back and spoke to one manager.
Went over everything the job entails, pay, hours, how things work and that was it!

Interview
The interview process was easy. I walked into the store and the manager interviewed me while standing in the back of the store. She asked basic questions about my work history and what my desired work schedule would be.
