Phone Interview with a recruiting manager. She wasn't feeling well and just came home from traveling - you could immediately tell that she was low energy and not very focused. It was a typical phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes.

Question 1
How many active jobs are you working on right now?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Justworks (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied online and heard back a few days after to set up an interview. With all respect to the interviewer/recruiter, I was asked really odd questions like "Which source did you apply through?" and "What was the hardest thing you have done with the Greenhouse ATS?". I guess I should have paid more close attention to the source I applied from, than the actual company/role I am interested in? Also the ATS question seemed to be a "trick" question where they were hoping the candidate would say something along the lines of what they're looking for. A bit ridiculous in my opinion, as how that would even correlate to the actual job. Lost interest after the interview was over and would rather go with a company that asks questions that are more relevant to experience and attributes.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Justworks in Feb 2018
Interview
I'm not sure if the interviewer was tired after a long day, but I was hoping to speak with someone who was more excited chatting with a potential future colleague. As a recruiter, I always ensure I bring my best self when speaking with candidates no matter how I am feeling personally. Halfway through the conversation, I could sense they lost interest in continuing the process which is the worst feeling you can have as a candidate.

Question 1
Why Justworks? What do you know about our company? What type of role are you looking for? What are you looking for compensation-wise?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Justworks (New York, NY) in Apr 2017
Interview
First, I had a phone screen with the Recruiter. He asked basic questions Why Justworks? What do you know about JustWorks? Why are you currently looking? Two weeks later, I met the Recruiter, VP, and another Manager for an in person interview. The whole interview lasted about an hour and a half. I thought everyone was really nice. I wish this company future success.
