As usual , three rounds of interview , hiring manager and panel, in person and by phone , before Covid-19 in person in juul office at San Francisco and I had a chance to see the team and office
Majority of it was fair and useful till you get to the only decision maker. Then the all that was done was undone with seconds. Too much power in only one person less teamwork more of a dictatorship
