K12 Flash Engineer interview questions

Since K12 is online school for kids, many positions are located and open to candidates worldwide. I received an email from my "potential boss"-questioning when could we chat- and I agreed to interview the next day(phone). The interview started off great. The usual questions, describing work history-skills. The position I was after-is more based on skills than intellect- so saw no need to bombard me with questions.
