Application submitted online on Fashionista.com, contacted by the designer for an in-person interview, went in and asked fairly common questions, browsed the collection and was asked to sell one of the items on the rack

Met the Designer - answered his questions - presented the collection - got some feedback.
After that I meet another sales person and an assistant designer and was able to ask them questions.
