Job description didn't actually match their real requirements. It was not mentioned the role was a junior one. They brought up this point only during the interview. Or it was just an excuse not to proceed further in the selection process. In general their selection and interviewing process is very poor: I had a few interviews with them for different roles and in all cases they have been very unprofessional, giving no feedback at all after the interview, refusing to answer emails with request of feedback unless solicited by higher management. This is just offensive for a candidate who has spent time and energies in preparing for the interview. At the end should not surprise when reading the company reviews on glassdoor: management seems to be the weak point and company culture/motivation is lame.
