I was notified of an initial email via email. I then had a phone interview with two different senior level members (30 minutes each). Both asked similar questions (your typical interview questions, i.e., tell me about yourself, client-facing experience, what do you know about Kayak). Very nice people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no difficult questions other than "tell me about yourself", which is always a tricky one for many to answer.
I had 4 rounds and the interviews were all very pleasant. Some skill based some more on a personal level looking at my personality. Overall, great people and great experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KAYAK (Zürich) in Feb 2024
Interview
Friendly and you get a good feel for what the company is about, however the process is fairly long and they are a bit 'too' positive with feedback so it feels a bit forced. Would prefer constructive feedback also
I applied online. I interviewed at KAYAK (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Very conversational interview. The team values experience and willingness to learn. There were multiple interviewers which took about a half a day. You speak with multiple managers and team members from various teams.
