a phone call interview then an in person exam centre with other people where they test you on team working skills and individually your asked to prepare a presentation before the day aswell

Pleasant Experience. It is a very laid back environment which will surely help settle nerves. I was interviewed by two senior consultants. First they talk a bit about the company and their work, before asking questions. They take a while to get back to you so if you don't hear back from them right away, do not panic.
