      Content Producer Interview

      7 Apr 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KBRA in Mar 2015

      Interview

Applied online, a recruiter reached out within a month. During the first interview, I took an on-site proofreading test and met with three people from the marketing team, including the director. The interviews went very well and lasted much longer than expected. I was asked to come back for a second round with 2 technical department heads, which I also felt went well. I felt like I truly connected with the people I spoke to and left both interviews very content. I was told I would hear back the week after, however, I was very disappointed after 3 weeks have gone by with no answer. This lead me to reach out to the recruiter, who only then told me the hiring manager decided to not move on with my candidacy. Though the process was very organized and the people I spoke with seem very prepared, it puzzles me on what went wrong during the process.
