First introduction call with Human Resources. A 2nd interview with manager. Last interview is with head of the group. Very much a mix of behavioral questions, with a light mix of technical questions.

Why commercial real estate? Discuss any background knowledge of the industry.
Didn’t ask too many questions but stopped replying when I told them about my Visa situation, first round was online and so was the second round… they stopped replying after we had a phone conversation
Interview with a Senior Director. Basic behavioral questions. Ask about the working style. Nothing too technical. Everything is normal. Just read more about JD. The interview is not too hard. About 30 minutes long.

Very friendly and conversational. They were looking for good culture fit at the analyst level. There was an excel test too with 4 questions which can be tricky for some so brush up on excel formulae especially.
