Interview
The interview process seemed like it went really well, and they were very kind people. The office environment was great. I arrived early and I was welcomed in, where I waited for about 10 minutes. Then I was asked a ton of questions about my previous experience, and I shared everything. They disclosed that the interview process is more of a screening, and it would likely be a "4 month interview" after going through various stages of the interview process. I was not selected for stage 2.

Ask about your experience, how can you help the company, where the company is heading, are you willing to travel, pretty routine. The hiring process is pretty much based on referrals and previous experience.
