Applied online to specific branches and was contacted by a manager to come in for an interview. Interview questions were not difficult, just to understand what type of person you are. Asked to describe examples of teamwork, and problem solving. And also asked how you would respond to common customer service scenarios (unsatisfied customer, etc)

Describe a situation where you demonstrated team work
Ask related questions about management as well as willingness of time contribution. The interview was held casually at the outlet and the store manager have been nice to me eventhough the outlet running busy at that time.

How you handle with short of money/supply from the current month?
Went to restaurant and sat down with manager who asked why i wanted to work there and got offered the job on the spot. Only got asked a few simple questions like availability.
First thing you do is fill in an online application form. then the local store manager contacts you and asks you to come into their store for an in person interview
