Was called in for an interview, very accommodating and was informal enough to be comfortable and still hold an interview structure. Manager was interested in the interview and experience I held, made me aware that due to my age I most likely wouldn't be able to work as the position I applied for but made me aware there was other vacancies with the location I could be hired to.
