KJ Technology was an unorganized mess when it came to interviewing. I spoke with their HR person on November 14th 2022. I got an interview, took a one hour long cognitive test and waited to hear back. I followed up, did everything I was supposed to, and on December 8th they replied "Hi Kristen, we'll follow up next week". Not my name. Not even my gender. I pointed it out and they apologized. No response for weeks, and I get it, it's the end of the year. They keep pushing it off "we'll get back to you" and I get an interview with a completely different person asking me the same questions about every other week. By January it turns out their top client who works in crypto was letting dropping them. There likely wasn't ever a job. They still tried to string me along but it's late Janaury, so I respectfully declined further interviews. Don't bother with KJ and their unorganized mess of interviewing.
