I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KJD Business Development (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process took me about a week, due to scheduling. The first thing I did was a 10 minute phone screening, then I was brought into the office to meet with the President for a 20 minute one on one. Then, the final interview was also at the office but I met with a Team Lead, which lasted about an hour.

Interview
I had an initial interview with Maleta, where we spent about 20 minutes getting to know each other. She asked general questions about getting to know me and telling me a bit about herself. She asked if I was invited back for a second round interview if I would be available for a time on one of two days. She said I would get a call letting me know either way by 7 pm that evening. She said hours, compensation, and day to day activities would be explained at the next interview.
I got a call inviting me to the second round. My interview was at 8 AM. I get there, and they have me play a game withe the other applicants and the current employees. When it finally got time to do the actual "interview", myself and another applicant went with the Assistant Branch Manager to discuss the position, advancement opportunities, and compensation. This took about 90 minutes. This is your typical sales job, selling office supplies to medium and small businesses in the DFW market. It is primarily commission only compensation.
The biggest problem for me with this process was what was said at the end. I had to write a written response to why I wanted to work there, what leadership means to me, and a few other questions. I had from the time I left the interview to 5 pm to submit this to the personal emails of the branch manager and assistant branch manager.
If I had known the process, and compensation structure from the beginning, I would not have even gone to the first interview.
Later that afternoon, I sent an email asking to be removed from consideration, as I was no longer interested.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at KJD Business Development (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Initially, I got a phone call from the recruiter. It was short, but very pleasant. Next step was bringing me in for a 20 minute preliminary interview with the President. I was invited back for a 2nd round interview which consisted of a full day shadow - gotta say it was a great way to truly understand the day-to-day structure.

Interview
I submitted my resume online through ZipRecruiter. After a few days I heard from the HR team, we spoke on the phone and covered the basics of the position and company. She invited me in for a 1:1 interview with the manager and it was pretty straight forward.
