Fast and efficient. Took a bit long to hear back from the first interview but once the real interviews kicked off, took only around 2 months. Some may take longer, especially for fundraising roles. I applied for an investment role and didn't have much technical questions (vs. Blackstone)
Multiple rounds - intro coffee followed by follow-up interview with moreteam members. Take home case study and interview on same followed by final round confirmatory interview with senior staff members

This was for an associate position within KKR's Global Institute. Had a 30 minute interview with a member of the HR team. Didn't make it past this but it was unclear what the rest of the process was.

Series of zooms and in-person meetings at their office in Hudson Yards. Very high-tech, smooth process from the candidate experience lens. One inevitably was looking for someone a bit more junior.
