After online application, I received email from recruiter at the company, not an outside firm. Phone call with recruiter. Discussed my experience and the details of the position, and whether that would be something I was interested in. Short, around 15-30 minutes.

Tell me about yourself? Resume stuff. general phone screening.
Process was pretty streamlined, but I had a negative experience because I was ghosted by the interviewer. And don’t even bother asking for feedback even as an internal candidate - they don’t respect you enough to give you that.
