First there was a short aptitude test. This was just to show that you have the problem solving skills needed for the challenging training process. It also gives an idea of what area you might be more successful at. Next there was a group interview and information session. Here we learned about KnackTek, the hiring process, the training process and what would be expected of us. Next there was a series of one on one interviews further giving the staff an idea if you might have the "right stuff" to make it through training and to go one to be a successful I.T. professional at KnackTek.
