Our culture is one of our most valued assets and we would certainly regret anyone having a negative experience. We pride ourselves on a consistent and fair interview process for all software engineering candidates, regardless of how they enter into our list. Our standard process involves very deliberate group interviews and we have received quite positive feedback from interviewees on our process.
We are constantly striving for improvement, and while we genuinely appreciate any honest feedback that would help us improve, this particular post is highly suspicious since the only candidate we interviewed in October accepted their offer (and they're doing a fantastic job). In fact, over the past 6 months, while we haven't extended offers to every candidate we interviewed, every offer we have made has been accepted. We sincerely hope that just as we try to provide honest, constructive and objective feedback directly to potential candidates, that others would do the same for us.
