KOSTAL interview questions

There will be 3 interviews. Firstly talking with HR, if you pass this one then they will proceed the interview to the next step - you'll meet with the direct supervisior and the department head. At this stage, if you have a good conversation then the hr will discuss the salary with you.

Primero te dicen que durante el proceso te darán respuesta ese mismo día y luego después de 4hrs. te dicen que se comunicaran contigo más tarde y cuando finalmente preguntas estatus vía mensaje te dicen que no fuiste apto sin razón alguna. Adicionalmente, en la entrevista te realizan muchas preguntas personales, que no son relevantes a la experiencia laboral o a la vacante, haciéndote sentir mal e incómodo. Lástima de empresa que traten a los candidatos de esa manera. Así que casi casi sino van por recomendación, no pierdan su tiempo.
