Typical process. I applied online with resume and cv. Interview was on zoom. They asked to introduce myself in English but all the other questions were Korean. They asked role-specific things like if I had an experience in event planning.

Question 1
Walk me through the process of event planning that you did in school clubs. (I mentioned it on my resume)
It was a 1:3 (interviewers) In-person interview. The questions were pretty much based on my resume, nothing specifically asked on the actual work skills/ job. All candidates dressed very formally.
