Sent resume by e-mail and was contacted by phone within a few days to schedule an in person interview. When I arrived at the office the administrative assistant gave me some paperwork to fill out and sent me to a conference room. Paperwork included a quiz of some basic engineering principals, when the interviewer arrived he said that I wasn't supposed to have gotten the quiz as it was only really for fresh hires from school. Fairly laid back interview. After a few weeks I was informed they re-hired someone that they had recently laid off and did not get an offer.
