First interview 30 mins was with Head of BA - we discussed our CV in detail and relevant past experience We are sent an exercise to complete - it is open ended exercise Second interview - with 2 BAs - we go through the exercise and BAs ask several question on how we manage projects etc Third interview - I didnt manage to go that far
