It was such a comfortable interview! I had two thirty minute interviews over zoom with their department heads. They were more interested in understanding who I was as a person and my background experience than they were with my GPA or degree, which was really nice compared to the other places I interviewed.

Question 1
What has been a challenge you have had to overcome?
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KRAFTCPAS (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2023
Interview
Zoom call following a recruiting event discovered through my university's "meet the firms" accounting recruiting event. In the call, I spoke to three senior managers across a few different audit industries. Overall, it was informal, but lasted about an hour.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KRAFTCPAS (Nashville, TN) in May 2019
Interview
I got an interview via employee referral, which I *highly* recommend utilizing if you can. I had three back-to-back interviews with partners in the office and it was an informal conversation. I really appreciated their willingness to "sell" Kraft to me as a workplace by answering my questions and being passionate about their firm.
It took a few weeks for them to get an offer to me and my situation was atypical for staff because I didn't go through the campus recruiting funnel.
