Interview
Phone screen with HR and multiple panel interviews on-site. I had a total of five interviews with KaMin. A phone screen, two panel interviews, a second phone interview and a 2:1 with the President and corporate level HR. At the end of the process, the position I interviewed for was eliminated due to staffing changes. This was hugely disappointing not only because of the time and energy I had invested in this process (7-8 hours of actively interviewing with a total of 8 people) but also because I really liked all of the individuals I met and felt that KaMin and this position would have been a great fit for me. To reach the end of a pretty grueling interview process and have such a disappointing outcome was not an easy experience. I hope that future job candidates do not have to go through a similar letdown.

Interview
Turned in application for job and then interviewed after contacted. Was contacted within a week about starting work. Easy process once I was actually contacted about interest in me working there. I met with HR and lead for shipping area after the interview I was shown around the grounds with the president of that location.

Interview
Applied to the position from the university job site and was then contacted to do an on-campus interview during the following week. The interviewer arrived approximately 10 minutes past the schedule start time. She asked a few a behavioral questions but focus mostly on telling me more about the company. I was later asked to do an on-site panel interview with her and with three in the engineering department and they asked more behavior questions and limited technical questions. After the second interview, there was no response from the company about the interview or from subsequent emails.
