The Kabbage interview process was very thorough and time extensive, but in the end I found it to be an incredibly useful and genuinely enjoyable experience. By meeting with multiple people from various teams, I got a real feel for the role I was interviewing for. The final interview, with their head of people operations, gave me a feel for the laid back yet still highly professional atmosphere at Kabbage. By the time I was offered a role, I felt very comfortable with the office and the team and highly prepared for my first day!
