the interview process was pretty simple. After submitting my materials, I heard back within days. I completed an online interview and then had another in the office. During my in-office meeting, I met with every member of the team individually and had 1:1 conversations about their experience and team culture.

Asked technical and behavioral questions. Two people interviewed me. As long as you know the technical part of the job description, you will be fine. This interview required knowledge of quantitative analysis, including R or stata.
