Kaizen interview questions

I had an initial call over the phone, which was followed up with a Zoom interview. Then I was given a task to present in person, which was about Europes top sustainable cities and how I would rank them and what journalists and magazines I would reach out to to cover the story. then I had a final interview on the phone with a higher-up.
