All soft ball questions/process. Would HIGHLY recommend asking a lot of questions about persistent layoffs, recent exits by many team members, and client base.

Question 1
Questions were mostly focused on relationship building.
The interview process was fairly straightforward and basic. Probably took 3ish weeks. My only regret was not asking more questions about company performance. I caution anyone to take a deep dive into the company. They are not doing well, constant layoffs and losing business like crazy. Do not let them fool you, this is not a growing company.
