I applied through a LinkedIn post and got a response from the company. They scheduled a 15-minute screening round around 5:30–5:45 PM, and I agreed.
The first time, both the HR and I waited from 5:30 to 5:50, but the interviewer never attended. Later, HR asked to reschedule, and I said okay. The next day, at the same time, the interviewer joined 5 minutes late again. I was not very interested because of this kind of management, so I took it lightly and did not even follow up.
Then, after two days, HR called and said I had passed that round and informed me about the next face-to-face round. I agreed. Initially, they scheduled the interview for 5:30 PM. On the interview day morning, they called for follow-up, and later another HR called to reschedule it to the afternoon. I said okay.
After half an hour, they called again to reschedule. This happened around 5 times on the same day, and finally, it was postponed to the next day. I calmly said, “Okay, no issues.”
The next day, they again called for follow-up. Somewhere in my mind, I already had doubts. In the evening, I booked a Rapido and almost reached the office location, but then HR called again. I thought it was just a follow-up call, but instead, he said the panel was busy and gave another reason to postpone it to the next week. I said okay.
After that, I never received any call the following week. This type of management is the worst thing I have experienced. I have never faced this kind of situation in my life. Very bad management.
