Overall, a good interview builds trust, leaves a positive impression, and provides clarity for everyone involved.
HR interview was very casual. VP HR interviewing and taking calls in between. I got job offer but negotiation was poor discussion. Professionalism was missing. The way interview conducted was implying about the culture of the organization.
