Interview
First round with the Senior CSM
Second round (Technical) with the COO and Senior CSM
Third round is an Excel task with a mail to be typed
Fourth round is circling back on the task (briefly) and culture fit
P.S - They say it's just 2 rounds of interviews but they do 4 in reality (As mentioned above). I got rejected for reason unknown and they provided one that didn't seem valid. Didn't get a response after trying to reason with them on the feedback I received and the role was still open.

Interview
It was a simple 3 round process with a small excel assessment. I had the first round with the recruiter basic behavioural questions and hr questions, then second round was an excel assignment it was not timed and was asked to not spent more than 1hr but it was very simple hardly gave 10 mins to it, 3rd round was with the COO where I messed up. Interview was simple just walk me through your professional life and that's where I spoke about my interest in product management (bad idea) I got rejected but it's on me. I was given a feedback as to why I was rejected and I appreciate that. I really appreciate the recruiter efforts - Guppy (proper communication, respect to candidates and knowledgeable) In fact writing this post as an appreciation for her we need more recruiters like her
