Applied for a position in 2025 and initially had a positive experience, successfully progressing through the phone screening stage. I was then scheduled for an online interview; however, the interviewer did not attend the meeting. I waited approximately 30 minutes and contacted the office to advise of the situation.
A few weeks later, I received another interview invitation. Unfortunately, by that stage, I had accepted an alternative offer.
Several months later, I applied for another role with the organisation due to continued interest. A phone screen was scheduled, however I did not receive the call as arranged. I attempted to contact them, but was unsuccessful and did not receive a follow-up. My experience with the recruitment process was inconsistent.
