I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kantar in Feb 2025
Interview
On my application, HR was prompt to schedule a first stage interview but the HR was completely unaware of the position or the team, she just went round and round with her one common statement that she knew.
1st stage was with the team manger, it was chill, she asked couple of competency based question and about my profile.
Then the 2nd stage was with VP of the team, still I had no clue or brief about the nature of the interview to expect. Any ways, I prepared for everything. So I was asked competency questions, made to solve a random case study on spot and one red flag that the interviewer said in the interview, not once but like 10 times, that they expect me to work long hours. She was like we need you to work like long hours everyday. She even agreed to be working the whole night when required. This is too much of a toxic work culture. Still, I agreed only to realise that the role has been shelved. Soo much of mental trauma between the interview and the result. As even after following up on text and email the HR didnt even bother to come back to me.
This was the most vague, toxic process I have ever been through
1st step: written exam where analytical ability is assessed. Only analytical questions are asked
2nd step: a case is provided where a presentation needs to be created regarding the case. The case is next presented to EVP.
3rd step: a final interview is provided to the company
The interview process first looks at your analytical abilities, followed by presentation and finally a discussion with CEO. The process is quite rigorous. The interviewers looks at your analytical and presentation skills. However, the CEO interview stage looks at your career ambition and whether it aligns with the company goals.
